Operations Director
Captain Sutton joined Heliconia Offshore in 2014 and was appointed Operations Director in 2019. His 24-year career in the helicopter offshore industry includes roles as a pilot and training captain across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
M. Bertrand Flye
Technical Director
Bertrand Flye became the Offshore Technical Director in 2020. His 13-year career in aviation spans various technical management positions across six African countries. He has extensive experience in developing airworthiness and maintenance systems for airlines.
Quality & Safety Manager
M. Ainina Gueye
With ten years of aviation experience, Ainina Gueye rejoined Heliconia in 2024 as the Offshore Quality and Safety Manager. He previously worked with Heliconia Senegal and held key positions in Air Senegal and the Senegalese CAA.
M. Mathieu Mondejar
Commercial Manager
Appointed in 2017, Mathieu Mondejar has been developing offshore and MRO business opportunities in the West African region. His 13-year career includes roles in Global Turbine Asia and various commercial positions within the helicopter offshore industry.

Group PMO & Head of IS
Benoit Juvin joined Heliconia in 2017, bringing 10 years of project management experience from various industries. As Group PMO and Head of IS, he oversees project delivery, information systems, and strategic alignment with the organization’s goals.
Mrs. Elsa Heritier
Human Resources Director
Joining Heliconia in 2023, Elsa Heritier brings 15 years of experience in HR and social law across France and Africa. She oversees HR processes, recruitment, and strategic decision-making for all Group entities.

Chief Financial Officer
Zaher El Ghailani was named CFO in 2018, bringing finance leadership and international experience from various executive roles in financial services, auditing, manufacturing, and education sectors. He is responsible for financial planning, analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury management at Heliconia Group.
